It was newly remodelled and fairly clean hotel. The location was marvellous, short walk to the shopping area of T-Nagar, Chennai shopping hub, and T. Nagar shopping complex or shops, in a busy area. Central Chennai district was worth staying in. The breakfast offered lots of options and was good.

The refurbished rooms have a modern chic look and are spacious with large windows, a lovely touch.
The breakfast menu was monotonous, serving the same items every day without variation.

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from T Nagar's shopping hotspots! Rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a nifty writing table for jotting down shopping lists. The food at the in-house restaurant is delicious. Especially loved the fried vadas with coconut chutney during breakfast!
Some minor maintenance issues.

Plus, the shopping is within walking distance, a real bonus if you're looking to do some retail therapy without much hassle.
I had some serious issues . The breakfast was a mess with limited options and food often running out well before service ended. On top of that, there were complaints about room cleanliness, including black water coming from the pipes, pretty disconcerting.

The stay had its highlights, notably the helpful staff who showed genuine care and ensured rooms were kept clean. Multiple issues arose, such as persistent mosquito problems and unreliable Wi-Fi were nice. The breakfast offerings didn't live up to expectations, lacking variety and freshness. While the location was prime for shopping, it might not be enough to outweigh the other downsides.
